Beautiful skin is my life's work. Now I feed it from within.
For five years I marketed luxury skincare at global prestige cosmetics companies. I loved that world, and I still believe good skincare belongs in every routine. But the pace of that industry burned me out. My health, my skin and my glow paid the price, and nothing in a jar could bring them back.
So I made the decision that changed my life: I went back to school to study nutrition, first of all to heal myself. It worked. I got my health and my glow back, and I found my calling. I earned a First Class Honours degree in Food & Nutrition, became a Qualified Nutritionist, and have spent nine years in clinical practice since: seven with cosmedical centres and a year and a half in allergy testing, working with real skin, real hormones and real food.
Those years taught me where beautiful skin is really decided: roughly 30% by what you apply, 70% by what you absorb. Now, at 43, I work with women living the same shifts I am, on the 70%, so everything you apply works better.
